Celebrate Freedom

Saturday I went to South Fork Ranch to Celebrate Freedom 2003. I went with my youth group. It was very hot. My youth pastors bought a tent and it helped alot. We got to see Rebecca St. James, Phillips, Craig and Dean, Chris Rice, Anointed, ZOEgirl, Newsong, Jaci Velasquez, Mark Schultz, and Avalon. There were alot more artist there. I got some really good pictures. We had to buy tickets for food and drinks. That was not good. We got to go in the house that was on the tv show Dallas. It was nice but nothing great. I got a sun burn. And I the way home our bus broke down again. I don't like that bus at all. It was a huge mistake on getting.

Bad Movie

I just got back from seeing Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. That movie was terrible. The acting, directing, plot, story line and camera angels were terrible. The first movie was cool. They just messed up big time on this one.

I win

Do you remember me telling you guys about being kicked out of the YMCA because we were wearing t-shirts in the pool. Well the person that I was with their mother used to work there and she called them and complained. Today she hands me a 6 month temporary guest pass. I can get in for free until December. I guess we won. Apparently they have special shirts that we are suppose to wear in the pool. I think that is crazy. They have a new guy and he has a bunch of new stupid rules.

Xact

I got a Xact 2-Way Communicator today at Walmart. It was cheap, but I plan to use it at Celebrate Freedom on Saturday. I rearranged my room again. I put my computer desk back into the corner and moved my entertainment center at an angle in the corner. I decided I'm not going to move my waterbed right now.

Party

Well my first LAN party was a success. As you can see on my webcam it was a small party. But it was alot of fun. We only played Half Life. But I plan on getting some more multiplayer games. I would like to get a hub so we can have more people join in. The interview for the job went very well. But, I don't think I got the job.

Networked

I got a D-Link DFE-530TX+10/100 Fast Ethernet card today. I had no problems installing it. I got a crossover cable coming. My friend and I are going to hook our computers together and play multiplayer games.

Movie

I went and saw 2 Fast 2 Furious today. It was alright. The cars were cool. Then after that I went to a friends house and went swimming.

Sold Out

I went to go see 2 Fast 2 Furious today and it was sold out. I will try again tomorrow. I cleaned the entire church today. My youth group is having a BBQ fundraiser tomorrow at the church and I am not going to go over and clean up after them. I don't care if the place is dirty. They need to clean up after them selves. I have done my job. I should not have to do it again.

xbox

I just don't understand it. My xbox did not recognize the game cds but now it just did. I played a dvd for awhile and then kept the dvd Ir connected to it and now it is working. Ok it is acting up again. I just don't understand. It came up with an error in the game.

The Y

I went to the YMCA today to go swimming. They told us to leave because we were wearing t-shirts in the pool. I was so mad. I tried to talk to the manger but he already went home. I went before and they never said anything about not wearing shirts in the pool. My mother used to work there and so did the other persons mother so someone's going to get it. I just want my $5.00 dollars back. I called them to ask how much it would cost for a guest to swim and they said it would be $2.00 dollars. When I got there they said it was $5.00. When we got there to begin with we could not swim because they were having classes in the pool. I don't care for our Y.

I rented the movies Die Another Day and Ballistic.

Xbox blues

I got my xbox on August 6th 2002 and today it finally stopped working. I put a game disc in it and it does not recognize it. I called Microsoft and they did not help me. I am going to have to pay $99 dollars for them to fix it. It still plays dvds and music cds. I am so mad right now. Update: My Microsoft Optical IntelliMouse Explorer broke.

Mobile Cam Blog

I decided to get a Moblog. It is a free service from Textamerica. I want to go see the new movie from Pixar Finding Nemo. It looks like a really good movie. And, I like Pixar. They make some of the best animation movies.

Steaks and good friends

Today we went over to our friends house and cooked steaks. The power went out at their house and we ended up taking all the food over to the church. I finally got an email from my friend that lives in Tyler. His computer has been on the blink. He said that he is moving, but did not tell where. But I am glad I got an email. I am using W.Bloggar to type my blog with. It seems to be working.

Fun day at Six Flags

Well, my youth group finally made it to Six Flags on Saturday. It did not rain. We all had fun riding all of the thrill rides. We got a new ride it is called Superman Tower of Power. It was so much fun. On the way home the bus broke down and we sat in the middle of the exit rap for about an hour and half. It was not fun. The pastor and his wife happen to be about 20 minutes away and they helped us get started back up. We hope that we can go back to Six Flags in the Fall.

I used to update an HTML file everyday. That website is gone.
Then I got my first blog at blogger.com here.
Then after that on May 24, 2003 I got my first movable type blog hosted at f2o.org.
That did not work out so I now have my blog run on blogger.com hosted on earthlink.net.
