Picasa Web Albums is invite-only. But I got in. Just enter your info and click on the next screen. You get 250 megabytes of free storage. $25 per year gives you 6 gigabytes. You will also need to download a new version of Picasa. The download is 4.56 megabytes. You can have public albums and private.
